Plaster Plant Batching System Electrical Software Design & Commissioning

Another customer approached EMS with the concept of a Plaster batching plant.

The requirement was to produce various types and colours of plaster based on different recipes.

EMS worked with the customer from the early stages of the project and created a bespoke control system which included:

  • A Scada Recipe Editor
  • The PLC program for the process control
  • Batch record generation in a SQL database
  • Process historical data
The system is controlled via a touch screen located beside the plant, with the recipe editing and work scheduling carried out remotely from the offices by the technical / supervisory staff.
